Exemestane is an oral steroidal aromatase inhibitor used in the adjuvant treatment of hormonally-responsive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.Generic exemestane is from Pfizer. Exemestane steroids adult women with postmenopausal advanced breast cancer who progress after tamoxifen treatment
What's side effect of exemestane?
The main side effects of exemestane synthesis are: nausea, dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, insomnia, rash, fatigue, fever, swelling, pain, vomiting, abdominal pain, increased appetite, weight gain. Followed by reports of hypertension, depression, anxiety, difficulty breathing, cough. There are other lymphocyte count decline, liver function indicators (such as alanine transferase, etc.) abnormal and so on.
